The ISLANDAP ADVANCED project, led by the ULPGC, celebrates in collaboration with the Canarian Agency for Research, Innovation, and the Information Society (ACIISI), an international webinar on “Circular economy and research in isolated territories”, on the 20th and 21st of October, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., to address research in circular economy from a multidisciplinary point of view, as well as the challenges and opportunities of island territories.
Among the speakers are the ULPGC professor Lidia Robaina, who will also moderate the webinar together with the ACIISI representative, Javier Roo. Likewise, there will be interventions by professors and researchers from Spain and Europe, as well as from different companies that will contribute their experiences in this field.
The two days will end with round tables on success stories in circular economy and R&D and sustainability in the company.
