To develop strategies and technological solutions for adaptation to Climate Change and the prevention and management of risks from Natural Disasters in the countries of the Greater Neighbourhood.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVE

To develop systems and tools, including software, connectivity and coordination protocols, training tools and standards that facilitate governments’ own response capacity in case of natural disasters.

To develop Technological Solutions for Energy and Water supply in emergency situations in the event of Natural Disasters.

To develop studies on Architecture and Territorial Planning for Natural Hazards Resilience.
